Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Digital Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position will involve handling administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and providing support with social media and website updates.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry and client follow-ups.
  • Assist with website updates and social media scheduling.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Support the team with various operational needs as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and data entry tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Basecamp is a plus
  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability during standard office hours for Pacific/Eastern Time
